Ordering Policy

Production & Shipping

Majority of our items ships within 2-3 days, 
excluding weekends or holidays. Items requiring longer production time will say so within the product description.  Expedite shipping is available. PLEASE NOTE: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing or production time.

Changing / Canceling an Order
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order containing custom items providing all order information. We will try our best to change or cancel the order however once production begins it can't be canceled. You are able to change or cancel non-custom items if the items haven't already been processed and/or shipped. Orders already processed and/or shipped can not be modified or canceled. Please wait for confirmation email of cancellation. Cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed unless confirmed by email. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the USPS, UPS, or Fedex tracking number for your package.

You may check the status of your order even if you are not a registered user by clicking on Order Tracking in the upper right-hand corner of the site. You will need to provide the order number and billing zip code.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the USPS or UPS tracking system.

Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our secure Shopify payment system. Otherwise, you can pay using a credit card through PayPal secure system; a PayPal account is NOT required. You can also pay using your PayPal account. Credit cards must have a US billing address. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state as our headquarters, North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Sale Items
Sales are the best, right?! We always try to offer the best-discounted price on our sale items and because of this, all sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product detail on sale items before purchasing. 

Out of Stock Products
There may be times when the product(s) you have ordered is on backorder which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are backordered and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will ship the in-stock products on your order according to the regular shipping schedule. We will ship your backorder product(s) as it becomes available at no additional shipping cost or you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Price Adjustments
Syrc Style does not price match. We are happy to honor a price adjustment on items that price lowered within 48 hours of purchase. We do not honor price adjustments on final sale items or items that were purchased with another promotional discount. We also do not offer price adjustment for promo codes that were not entered at the time of checkout. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to within 48 hours of your order date. If your order is eligible we will refund the difference to the payment form used during this purchase. 

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Syrc Style shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
